💡Electricity
Naturgy (Edemet)
Naturgy (EDEMET): the Veracruz corregimiento, Arraiján district, where Panamá Pacífico is, appears in its official concession-area table ("Urban").
🚰Water
IDAAN IDAAN distributes; the water comes from the ACP's Miraflores treatment plant ("west system", which includes El Tucán, Panamá Pacífico and Veracruz). Arraiján has a water deficit and scheduled outages happen (for example, 5–6 September 2026 for ACP works); the new Howard treatment plant, which will supply the area, was 77% complete in July 2026. Ask whether the building or house has a reserve tank. IDAAN's rate in Arraiján: confirm (our calculator uses the Panamá-Colón table).

Panama's two operators; fiber depends on the building: check your address with each.
🔥Gas
Tropigas · Panagas
25 lb cylinders in houses and 100 lb with installation (Tropigas, Panagas); some buildings have central gas. The capped price of the 25 lb cylinder in Panamá Oeste may differ from the Panama City price we show: check.

Arraiján district: collection is run by Aseo Capital, the municipality's concessionaire (not the AAUD); residential rate B/. 4.00–11.50.
